KSA Camp Welcome Service

As ambassadors of Christ on earth, the End-Time Church continues to aim for the strengthening power of God through the Spiritual Camps. And this year, the 4th KSA Camp has centered its theme on this blessed truth – “Everyone a Missionary, Every Man a Mission Field,” taken from Acts 8:4. With the powerful speakership of Middle East District Coordinator Bishop Aldrin Palanca together with Qatar Local Minister Pastor Dick Montemayor, God has immensely poured out His blessings to this 1st installment of the series of District Camps in the Middle East. February 6-8, 2015 were the dates marked for this significant gathering of the saints in this hostile nation.

Day 1. Day One started with the Welcome Service on February 6. Ptr. Dick Montemayor fired up the atmosphere as he delivered the Friday School message. Delegates from the Locale Churches of Riyadh, Al Kharj, Al Khobar, Dammam, Jubail, Jizan, and Jeddah were then filled with joy as they sang their hearts out during the Praise and Worship signaling the start of the Divine Worship. In his message, Bishop Aldrin Palanca stressed the blessedness of being the chosen missionaries in the end-time.

Excitement stirred up the afternoon with the much anticipated opening of the inter-local sports fest. Different colors adorned the halls as the different teams paraded with their escorts and muses. Another highlight of the sports fest is the mass demo competition. Representatives from different local churches showcased their talents and their colorful and animated rendition of the piece, “Lord of the Dance”. After the mass demo, the sports competition immediately kicked off. Brethren were all in high spirits as they cheered for their team in the different indoor and outdoor games.

The first day of the 4th KSA Camp ended with the presentation by selected Dammam locale brethren entitled "EKKLESIA Ang Paglilitis" which clearly affirmed the blessed assurance of being inside the True Church in the end-time. (C. Zipagan-Garcia)
