Pastor Carol Custodio, Galilee Area Coordinator started the camp’s third day with her message during the morning devotion stressing that evangelism will only be powerful if equipped with prayer. Campers returned to the service hall not long after the morning break to ready themselves for a chain of seminars. Bishop Resting Zonio and a church overseer began the seminar with a topic on “Reaching our Families and Relatives.” He highlighted the importance for young people in the church to have ardent desire in witnessing for Christ. That we should not fritter away our youth most especially if God has given us the surest and truest way of evangelism. A seminar on Church Mobilization for Personal Evangelism, from Smyrna Area Coordinator, Ptr. Jun Marbida followed immediately. Campers were enlightened on the importance for each member of the church to do his share in personal evangelism. Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol conferred in his seminar that believers are not people by accident rather by divine appointment.
Young people, junior and senior alike busied themselves joining and watching contests such as preaching, Bible quiz, public speaking and singing. At around four in the afternoon, the service hall was again occupied for the Missionary Night service. The church’s global evangelist, Ptr. Leticia Ferriol administered the message underlining that the mission entrusted to the Church is highly apostolic and one that is profitable since it brings salvation. A taping for Oras ng Katotohanan by the apostle went after. (M. Fernandez)
