The continuing effort of the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) in doing God’s mission in China and its special administrative regions is showing signs of growth and stability. At present, the PMCC (4th Watch) in Macau has two local churches: the Macau (Peninsula) and Taipa. And on the 11th of August 2013, the Taipa locale celebrated its 15th Anniversary that was accommodated by Macau locale.
“Offering a Vow and Thanksgiving for the Glory of God” (Jonah 2:9) became the theme of the celebration. Along with the support of Macau brethren and ministers, Pastor Mar Santander of Guangzhou Locale, the China Region Coordinator, Pastor Susan Saulog, and the Northern Luzon Coordinator, Pastor Reynald Sulayao, came all the way from overseas to partake in Taipa locale’s exceptional day.
The Divine Worship was filled with songs of praises from Macau Choir, Taipa Choir, and Sis. Michelle Maderas; and empowering messages from Pastor Susan and Pastor Reynald. And even after the Worship, the congregation continued to praise the Lord on the Gospel Concert entitled “Amazing Grace”.
In the end, the brethren thanked the Lord for the success of the anniversary.
In a state branded as the “gambling capital” of Asia where everything seems worldly, the fifteen years of enduring devotion of the people of God there will continue to last until the Messiah’s return. Maranatha!
